Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges At Aurane Decors, we curate our artifacts with extreme care. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products once sold. We do not accept returns due to "change of mind" or "disliking the product" after delivery.

Damages & Defective Items Replacements are ONLY processed in the rare instance that a product has a manufacturing defect.

Strict Unboxing Video Policy (Mandatory) To claim a replacement for a defective item, you must provide a proper Unboxing Video.

  1. The video must start before the package is opened.

  2. The video must show the shipping label clearly.

  3. The video must be continuous and uncut (no pauses or editing).

  4. The video must show the opening of the seal and the product being taken out.

Important Liability Clause:

  • Factory Defects: If the evidence confirms the damage occurred at our factory, we will issue a replacement.

  • Transit Damage: Aurane Decors is not liable for damages that occur during shipping/transit by third-party courier partners. We ensure 3-layer protective packaging to minimize this risk, but transit handling is beyond our control.

How to Report an Issue: You must report any defects within 24 hours of delivery. Email your Unboxing Video and Order ID to: team.auranedecors@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 82488 93762.

Refund Timeline : In the specific case where a refund is approved by our team (e.g., item out of stock for replacement), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
